Plant Manager

Job Description As the Plant Manager, you will work closely with the Operation Director and play a lead role to drive process optimization and continuous improvement of the plant operation. - Lead, coach, and motivate the employees for performance excellence meeting the company objectives and KPIs in profitability, quality, service and innovation. - Oversee production processes and prepare all the resources needed to maintain an efficient and continuous flow of production. - Monitor and control the flow of supplies that includes the purchases, storage, and movement of the required quality of raw materials, and work-in-progress inventory. - Ensure good safety standard awareness and comply to in-house and regulatory standards. - Efficient preventive maintenance planning to prevent unplanned downtime and to extend the life span of the machine. - Understand profit & lost, overhead management, operating cash flow, budgeting and cost control. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or equivalent. - 8 t o 10 years of working experience in chemical plant production and operation at the senior executive or managerial level. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, and local government authorities. - Strong leadership, supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri) Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Gebeng, Kuantan
