QA/QC ENGINEER

We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in semiconductor projects to ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures, performing inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. WILLING TO WORK IN SINGAPORE Quality Planning: Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures specific to semiconductor projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Process Control: Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure that all semiconductor products meet the required specifications and quality standards. Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections, tests, and evaluations of semiconductor components and products, identifying defects and non-conformities. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring problems. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, test results, and any corrective actions taken, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and compliant. Quality Audits: Support internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and other relevant certifications. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that all incoming materials meet quality standards and manage issues related to non-conforming materials. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of semiconductor manufacturing. Customer Support: Liaise with customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure that their specifications and expectations are consistently met. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and project management, to integrate quality standards into the project lifecycle.
