Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent. 2. Required skill(s): MS Office, Payroll System 3. Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic, fair in handling changes/people/situations with good perceptiveness, sound judgment, integrity, and leadership skills. 4. Familiar with all aspects of HR policies and statutory requirements. 5. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. 6. Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and the ability to organize workload are essential. 7. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information is mandatory JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- 1. To perform and provide support in the day-to-day general HR and office administration functions 2. To maintain an effective filing system and upkeep of employee records 3. Assist superior for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including :- a) Manpower Planning b) Recruitment & Staffing c) Time Management d) Leave records e) Performance Appraisal f) Training and development, and employee relations. g) Payroll 4. To ensure the entire HR Operations functions are in accordance with the SOP, policies, and guidelines. 5. To facilitate preparation and/or improvement of HR & admin policies and procedures 6.
