Account Executive

• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing of accounts. • Prepare internal reports for the assigned Brand(s) through compiling information, i.e. Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) for Business Unit Leaders and Head of Departments to assist them in monitoring their expenses. • Responsible for the assigned Brand’s creditors’ aging, payment and claims. • Cash flow management and forecast for the assigned Brand(s) • Prepare and processing of vendor payments, including run payment proposal, manual payment and fund transfer for entities over the global. • Ensure all treasury related transactions are processed in system on daily basis. • Review incoming and outgoing payments and financial transactions for accuracy. • Prepare weekly and month end reconciliation for all bank accounts. • Preparing treasury reports relating to cash flow, bank balances, payment summary. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers and other professional service provider. • Backup team members, maintain effective back-up plan. • To assist on any ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary.
