Plan, coordinate, and manage the Chairman's travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and logistics for both domestic and international trips. 2.Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences involving the Chairman. Project Management Support 1. Assist the Executive Chairman with special projects and initiatives as required, ensuring timely completion of tasks. 2. Conduct research and compile reports for the Chairman on a variety of topics related to business strategies, markets, and operational plans. Office & Personal Management 1. Manage personal tasks and errands for the Executive Chairman, including household administration, if required. 2. Maintain a well-organized filing system for both business and personal documentation. Stakeholder Relations 1. Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders including board members, clients, vendors, and partners. 2. Represent the Executive Chairman professionally in interactions with internal and external parties.
