Key Accountabilities • Gain an awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; learning how to budget, forecast, invoice and maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets • Gain a good understanding of internal department roles, project stages and administrative processes to aid the smooth management from initial brief to final build, delivery and project reporting • Respond to client requirements as specified in the contract or SLA • Act as a primary point of contact for client needs requirements and expectations with regards to assigned project Key Roles • Primary contact for the assigned project on service delivery and support the Project Manager in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability • Support end-to-end planning, build and delivery of assigned project • Assist with managing the delivery output process, including briefing client feedback to team members and assist in managing delivery of key stages of work • Major contribution to overall client satisfaction for project delivery • Address performance in troubled units/departments to achieve productivity objectives • Provide input of key documents into project/account repositories • Manage backup/recovery plans, disaster backup scenarios, capacity management and risk management, communication with the client and business compliance to industry rules and guidance • Manage all involved internal delivery parties, subcontractors and third-party service providers when necessary Team Work • Attend and contribute to team meetings in a positive manner • Share information with team members • Be comfortable in working with all stakeholders • Collaborate with other team members to apply new ideas, practices and tools to improve the team’s effectiveness • Perform other duties as required, including covering absences/leave where required Job Requirements • Diploma or University degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Infrastructure or a related discipline • A natural team player attitude • Excellent customer service and a good communicator. Communicate effectively in English with all customers and stakeholders • Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges • Able to work autonomously, investigate and think analytically to problem-solve in a creative manner •Good financial acumen •Be proactive and timely to support the deployment of projects ensuring quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with demonstrable experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines and managing multiple work streams with conflicting priorities
