Our client is a well established Construction Co. @ KL Sentral. The role welcomes Recruiter from any industry (including headhunting industry) to apply. << Roles >> Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements in order to meet hiring needs on a timely basis. Arrange the overall processes of staff recruitment, such as coordinate interviews, scheduling phone, onsite, video interviews, reserving conference rooms, and preparing recruiting-related meetings in advance. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates and hiring managers on recruiting status via email in a timely matter. Manage and update staff movement on timely basis by monitoring the interviewing process such as tracking candidate records and interview feedbacks, generating reports, etc. Perform pre and post on-boarding activities for Company’s new hires (e.g., Prepare employee information, prepare on-boarding documents, employee databases, new staff ID & e-mail creation, distribution of first-day schedules and issuance of new staff Memo). Process all requests related to recruitment (e.g. payment needed for job posting), as well as recruitment agencies payments. Conduct new staff orientation briefing; such as company introduction, company procedures and policies. Administer in all employment process such as staff employment offer, orientation, training, transfer, termination, compensation, etc. Implement an appropriate human resource strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. Generate, update and submission of related reports on timely basis. This including Staff Info, Expat Schedule, Quarter Headcount, Organization Chart, Staff Salary (Expat & Local) Handle employee’s grievance and counselling as well as managing day to day human resource issues of employee relations. Promptly handle employees queries and raise the queries to superior for resolve issues. Raise queries and provide counselling with superiors in matters related to staff attendance such as absence punctuality, performance, etc. << Requirements >> Degree/Diploma in HRM / Business Studies or equivalent. > 3 years of solid Recruitment / TA experience in any industry. Exposure in Construction/Engineering hirings is a plus but not mandatory. Headhunters who is seeking internal TA exposure are welcome to apply too ! Proficient in English, Bahasa & other dialects (Mandarin/Cantonese) to support business needs. 1 vacancy based in KL Sentral.
