Job description: - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the clients account. - Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. - Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining client information files and processing paperwork. - Respond to customer problems or complaints. - Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. - Collect deposits, payments or fees. - Promote products, services, or programs. - Know principles and methods of sales and marketing strategy. - Managed the consultant project given by the management. - Have a strong communication skills. - Able to make business proposal and pitch deck for consultant project. - Proficiency in computer skills (microsoft and google workspace) - Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.
