Onboarding Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation & training. 2. Employee Records & Attendance Management Maintain & update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational policies. Documentation and Filing Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both HR and administrative documents. Ensure that all necessary documentation is accessible and secure. 3. Compliance and Policy Implementation Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhere to, both in HR & administrative contexts. Assist in implementing and updating company policies as required. 4. Company Assets Management Ensure that all company's asset/quantity stock is well recorded and accurate. 5. Others Other tasks assigned.
