Job Responsibilities: • End-to-end management of procurement process, which consist of and not limited to: plan, order, control, reconcile & pay for all procurement-related demands • Strong understanding of procurement tools and efficiently operate inventory management systems from end-to-end (i.e. AutoCount Accounting) • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements & sense check the demands to ensure procurement is reasonable & holds no business risk • Communicate with external merchant / vendors / supplier for procurement demands & ensure timely delivery of products • Regular inventory tracking & management to ensure healthy inventory turnover, manageable inventory value and optimize days on hand inventory • Tracking and reporting of procurement related data • Understand and monitor market trends, industry trends & consumer behavior to seek & partner with new suppliers/merchants or add on new products & brands • Negotiate with new/existing suppliers/merchants to improve procurement terms (i.e. higher purchasing discount, post-payment) Job Requirements: • Diploma, Bachelor's degree or above, major in operations management, business management, supply chain, and procurement preferred; • At least have 1-3 years of procurement operation experience, familiar with the operational model , systems and processes of e-commerce industry; • Good analytical skills, problem solver, self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit • Strong working knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as an aptitude for reading the market. • Strong Bahasa Malaysia & English written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
