Production Executive - Painting

Job Description / Requirement · Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent · At least with 2 years of working experience in the related filed · Plan, prepare, issue and control production schedules. · Prepare monthly production planning related reports · Coordinate and ensure materials are timed to meet the production schedule. · Ensuring the factory’s production is cost-effective · Management of raw material and inventory control. · Proactive in coordinating incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished goods. · Evaluated scheduling alternatives, determines the best action and make modifications to the existing schedule as appropriate. · Manage, control and report the status of WIP and finished goods on a timely basis and highlight all issues affecting the deliveries. · Constantly improving the method and system used for planning using spreadsheets and MRP System. · Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with the established policies and procedures. · Improve the skill, knowledge and attitude of staff through continuous coaching
