We are looking for a Marketing Executive to help our brand grow. Passionate for beauty & cosmetic, and have a keen eye for current trends. You’ll be in charge of spreading the word about our brand, engaging with customers, and boosting sales. Job Description - Propose new opportunities to bring in organic traffic that can be aligned with social media advertising strategy and company’s direction - Understand metrics and KPIs and continually suggest optimization to improve performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives - Able to work on the weekend for events or meetings. - Able ads on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok Ads using conversion objectives to get leads for sales on website - Responsible for producing copywriting for ads on all social media platforms and website - Monitoring the ads performance and budget as given per week - Able to create poster for social media is a bonus - Responsible for updating and providing advertising data to manager Requirements - Min 1 years of working experience in digital marketing - Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods - Good at multitasking and time management skills - Skilled and experience in paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok Ads - Good knowledge in producing copywriting for advertisements - Able to work immediately will be added advantages - Good written & verbal English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills - Independent, Organized and able to multitask - Have own transport, willing to travel Benefits - Opportunities for promotion - Overtime pay - Performance bonus Schedule Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Expected Salary RM3200 - RM4300
