Job description Handle customer payment record , audit of payment record client, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Skills Needed Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation. Respect for patient confidentiality and sensitivity to their needs. Quick problem-solving skills and a calm demeanour under pressure. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM with 5 passes. Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a customer service are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided. Willingness to work in (8 hours/day), weekends. Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation). Proficiency with basic computers software i.e.: Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel, and strong typing skills.
