• Perform items or suppliers sourcing. Build alliance with key suppliers for effective cost and purchasing strategies. • Responsible for the ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities that could generate more cost saving for the company. • Coordinate with between department on purchase requisition, items delivery, receiving and storage. • Close monitor on delivery schedule and ensure items on time delivery. • Ensure the purchased item quality and coordinate with supplier on any goods rejection and return. • Perform necessary system entry and updates for related procurement and delivery transactions. • To alias with Account Department on processing invoices for billing purpose. • Participate in stock arrangement and monthly stock take. • Maintain of information records and document filing. • To assist and carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
