  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Source high-quality produce at competitive prices.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
  • Optimise inventory, monitor QOH, and handle payment processing.
  • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and cost-saving measures.
  • Provide data-driven analysis on sourcing and supply.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in procurement in the grocery industry. Experience in setting up a grocery store will be a huge plus.
  • Bachelor's degree qualification or equivalent in any field will be a plus but not compulsory
  • Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Proactive approach & continuous curiosity about new products in the market
  • Language requirements: English, Mandarin, Cantonese & BM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sri Petaling: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
