Criteria: * Candidate must possess at least a higher education certificate or it equivalent. * At least 1 year of working experience in the related field * Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Possess good communication skills and able to work independently * Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia * People oriented with warm and cheerful personality & have good working attitude * Punctual, honest and reliable Duties & Responsibilities: *Ensure high quality and professional customer service in handling customer inquiries * Assist with telemarketing, maintaining relationships with regular customers. * Ensure all service deliverables are completed accurately within the established procedures (i.e. in-bound and out-bound calls, welcome calls, emails, etc) * Provide appropriate support to customer matters/complaints escalated by the team members. * Follow the company’s rules and regulations at all time in order to uphold the brand's image and standards. * Assist in reviewing and enhancing the SOPs on annual basis or as and when deemed necessary. * Assist in preparing reports for reporting to the Management.
