• Responsibilities: • Issue invoices and credit notes (CN) related to food orders and shipments. • Coordinate sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely dispatch. • Assist with data entry, including order details, pricing, and customer information. • Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and related documents. • Perform routine checks to ensure compliance with food industry regulations and company policies. • Handle discrepancies and resolve issues related to invoicing and order processing. • Provide support to the finance team as needed and perform other duties as assigned by the superior. Requirements: • Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). • Understanding of food industry standards and invoicing procedures is a plus. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Willingness to learn, motivated, and responsible. • Effective communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Working Hours is Monday-Friday=8.30am-5pm and Saturday=8.30am-1pm
