We currently have the following opportunities available for you to explore: Member Service Consultant Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for member service, member care, generating new joiners, renewing members. new joiner activity, and collecting outstanding dues. 2) Duties will be performed from the sales office and there will be front desk duties. 3) Ensure club opening or closing procedure is in place and executed. 4) Ensure you hit your goal for the month and all pending sales are cleared before month end. 5) Oversee smooth membership administration processes. 6) Maintain company’s high level of customer service. Requirements: 1) Minimum SPM. 2) Great personality with excellent communications skills. 3) Fresh school leavers or graduates seeking a career in sales or customer service experience may also apply.
