We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead our HR initiatives, with a focus on recruitment, HRD training, and foreign employee management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the HR department, building a strong HR team, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to foreign workers. This position will report directly to the Director and contribute to strategic HR planning. Working hour Monday - Friday | 10.00am - 07.00pm Job Responsibilities Recruitment and Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding. Identify talent needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads. Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. HR Development & Trainings: Develop and deliver HRD training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Identify training needs and implement solutions that foster professional growth and development. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements where necessary. Foreigner's Permit Application & Renewal: Handle the full process of applying for and renewing foreign workers’ permits. Ensure compliance with all government regulations regarding foreign employee management. Maintain up-to-date records of work permits and related documentation. Hostel Management: Search for and secure appropriate accommodation for foreign workers. Ensure living conditions meet legal and company standards. Manage the upkeep and coordination of hostels as needed. HR Team Building: Build and lead a competent HR team to handle day-to-day HR operations. Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior HR staff. Ensure the team aligns with organizational goals and values. HR Operations and Administration: Support HR-related activities such as employee engagement, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with the Director and senior management to align HR strategies with business goals. Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term HR plans.. Qualifications & Experiences Needed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, training, and foreign worker management. Strong knowledge of employment laws and foreign worker permit processes. Experience in building and managing HR teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
