Production Assistant

BRIEF DESCRIPTION Production Assistant will provide essential support to the production team throughout all stages of the production process. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with pre-production tasks, including script revisions, scheduling, and coordination of meetings. • Support the production team on set by handling equipment, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. • Collaboration with set preparation team, including setting up and breaking down equipment, props, and sets. • Manage the distribution of production materials, including call sheets and scripts. • Assist with the coordination of talent and crew schedules. • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and communication with others. • Maintain a safe and organized working environment. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; • A diploma or certificate in manufacturing, production, or a related field can be advantageous; • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations specific to cosmetic production.
