Senior Technical Engineering

. Maintain a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior technical position within CNC machining, demonstrating hands-on expertise with assigned machinery and processes. 2. Certify and verify machine performance, ensuring equipment is maintained in peak condition. 3. Assist in the development of technical skills among production personnel through training and mentorship. 4. Provide consulting on process cycle time, design for manufacturability (DFM), and requirements for tools, jigs, and fixtures for new RFQs, including cost estimations. 5. Identify and address technical challenges in new projects, proposing solutions and controls to meet customer requirements. 6. Actively participate in new projects from product development to qualification phases. 7. Continuously review and enhance processes for improved productivity, quality, and cost savings. 8. Lead the team to achieve quality, production yield, and productivity goals. 9. Provide technical guidance to machinists to enhance their troubleshooting and problem-solving skills regarding quality and machinery issues. 10. Develop solutions to effectively resolve quality issues and customer complaints. 11. Advise on and design tools, jigs, and fixtures to support process improvement initiatives. 12. Support activities related to sample or first article inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards. 13. Involved in project evaluations, focusing on data collection and analysis.
