Project Engineer (IT Solution)- Tebrau (RM 3,500-RM 6,500)

An IT Project Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Engineer will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements • Identify and secure appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, needed for project execution • Lead project teams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, responsibilities, and deadlines • Execute the project according to the project plan • Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project • Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project team members • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle • Develop contingency plans to address potential project risks and issues • Monitor and evaluate risk factors to minimize the likelihood of project delays or failures • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes • Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations effectively Education and Experience Requirement: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalent • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus • Minimum 2 years working experience in IT field WhatsApp - https://wa.me/601157652258 Email - [email protected]
