Responsibilities ; • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have. • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence. • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time. • Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail. • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed. • Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers. • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times. • Maintain the general office filing system. • And any other duties as when assigned by the Head of Departments and/or executives. Requirements : • SPM/Certificate in administration or other related area. • At least 1 year experience in administration work. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Excellent in communication skills.
