The E-commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all online retail operations to drive sales, improve customer experience, and expand the digital footprint. Work with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, integrate new technologies, and maintain website security. 7. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, delivery partners, and marketing agencies. 8. Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. 9. Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management to assess progress toward business goals. 10. Any other ad-hoc tasks has been assigned by the superior. Job Requirements: - 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. 2. Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or FMCG. 3. Strong understanding of online retail platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools. 4. Excellent project management and leadership skills. 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 6. Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics related to e-commerce. 7. Experience with CRM software, CMS platforms, and e-commerce tools. 8. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. 9. Excellent project management and leadership skills. 10.
