Position Summary Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP ERP to end-users. Provides general SAP modules support and is responsible for identifying and solving problems and incidents. This position also assists in maintaining the integrity of SAP ERP systems and minimizing the amount of unplanned downtime in the production environment. Principle Accountabilities 1.Provide technical support for SAP ERP and related applications to end-users. 2.Identify and troubleshoot issues with SAP ERP system and related applications. 3.Monitor SAP ERP system performance and ensure its smooth functioning. 4.Assist in developing and maintaining user manuals, training materials, and other technical documents related to SAP ERP system. 5.Assist in the coordination with other IT team members to resolve any technical issues related to SAP system and related applications. 6.Assist in training to end-users on how to use the SAP ERP system effectively. 7.Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches. 8.Assist inexecution of SAP project deliverables such as blueprints workshops, documents, specifications, configuration and testing/training support. 9.Assist in contract and vendor management to ensure compliance and services are delivered according to expectations. 10.Assist in routine system maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches. 11.Assist in the execution of project deliverables such as blueprints workshops, documents, specifications, configuration, and testing/training support. 12.Assist in contract and vendor management to ensure compliance and services are delivered according to expectations. 13.Assist in procurement activities such as preparing RFP, evaluating solutions, and liaising with supply chain officers. 14.Perform other/additional duties as assigned which is consistent with the nature of the job and level of responsibility. Requirements 1.Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent grading. 2.Applicants must be 25 years old or younger and have not secured a permanent position in the field that they have studied. 3.Basic SAP module knowledge from coursework or projects. 4.Mature, disciplined, and eager to learn. 5.Respectful and courteous. 6.Proficient in applications, databases, and programming. 7.Experienced in design, development, testing, and deployment. 8.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-learning abilities. 9.Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 10.Priority to Sabahan applicants. 11.Malaysia applicants only.
