Position Summary Assist Onshore Electrical and Instrumentation Engineers to plan and execute major PMs/CMs/Overhauls work both in Onshore & Offshore. Also assist in providing both short and long-term maintenance strategies to continuously improve reliability and reduce operating costs of KBB. Principle Accountabilities 1. HSE - Actively support and participate in the policies, goals, efforts and programs of KPOC’s Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Ensures HSE issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility. 2. Reliability and Availability – Working closely with Onshore Electrical and Instrument engineers for all Electrical & Instrumentations on the KBB facilities to ensure high reliability & availability of all electrical equipment, instrumentation and related system on the KBB facilities maintained in compliance with relevant standards. 3. Assist CSR for Major Electrical and Instrument Maintenance scope in supervising contractors to execute major PM/CM offshore & onshore (in Contractor’s workshop, FAT, etc.). 4. Maintenance Tasks and Support – To assist on-shore E&I Engineer in planning/carrying out PM/CM activities (including PM/CM Planning in SAP), providing first line support and technical advice to Offshore Operation team concerning equipment operation and its day- to-day troubleshooting, ensuring equipment run within its design envelope and meet its Performance Standards. 5. Managing Contracts – To assist Contract Holders in calling out services or purchases from a contracts/contractor from the perspective of contractor deliverable performance on work pack preparation, Risk Assessment, RO/PO Issuance, PM/CM Planning in SAP. 6. Material Identification and Procurement Assistance - Assist in ensuring availability of all critical operational spares and special tools. Requirements 1.Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent grading. 2.Applicants must be 25 years old or younger and have not secured a permanent position in the field that they have studied. 3.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4.Willingness to travel and work offshore regularly. 5.Proficient in reading technical drawings and diagrams. 6.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7.Priority to Sabahan applicants. 8.Malaysia applicants only.
