JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist Business Unit Team on the sales coordination and documentation, handle customer complaints/deliveries/returns/reject with an appropriate solution within the time limits. - Responsible to ensure sales orders are issued on time to avoid delayed customer orders. - Work closely with Warehouse, Logistic, Production and Business departments pertaining to customers’ order status. - Responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. Create and maintains forecasting template for key customers and products - Handle monthly forecast review, highlight any significant changes to top customer products forecast vs past month’s average sales volume due to LTO activity, new outlet expansion, new recipe or seasonality. - Alert the Business unit team on potential failure due to forecast inaccuracy, material or capacity disruption. - Prepare daily and monthly sales value and volume analysis from time to time. - To take the extra mile to engage with customers. - To perform any other assigned duties from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: - Diploma in Customer Service / Business Management or equivalents. - At least years of related experience in customer service and people management or business management. - Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Good understanding of filing system and procedure. - Customer handling skills. - Ability to create rapport with customers over the phone. - Excellent communication skills. - Good arithmetic skills. - Computer and administration skills. - Commitment to the job. - Cooperative and initiative. - Positive thinking. - Customers-Oriented.
