1.01 To provide efficient day to day administrative support with the sense of urgency and commitment. 1.02 Assist in monitoring general office administration, office facilities and maintenance including branch and service offices. 1.03 Handle requests, feedback, and queries promptly from staff and make decision logically. 1.04 Ensure timely payment (monthly, half-yearly or annually) for general office expenses such as utilities, rentals, telecommunications payment deadlines, licenses etc. 1.05 Monitor office supplies (e.g.: stationery, grocery, etc.) and reorder when appropriate. 1.06 Assist to arrange travel, hotel and dining arrangement as needed. 1.07 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. 1.08 Asset management and asset code labeling, records, and disposals. 1.09 Willing travel to outstation to setup new branch office or related administrative task. 1.10 Check and verify employee’s attendance and leave applications. 1.11 Cover general clerical tasks, including filling, scheduling, and data entry. 1.12 Other task assigned by superior from time to time.
