1. Perform daily general, administrative duties. 2. Handling incoming calls and other communications. 3. Responsible for administrative tasks such as Purchase Order processing, monitoring of attendance, annual leave/medical leave monitoring and others. 4. Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated. 5. Assist in recruitment processing, training arrangement, company events and staff welfares. 6. Immigration ( renewal of PLKS, passport /permit). 7. Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintain proper filing and record system. 8. Assist in maintaining payroll processing system Bossnet and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. 9. Adheres to HR policies and procedures and complies with relevant law. 10. Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records. 11. Honours confidentiality of employees’ pay records and personal filling. 12. Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review. 13. Involve and support in yearly audit activities. 14. Assist in preparing HR-related confidential letters, Show Cause letter, & Warning letter and updating employee. 14. Administrate employee insurance and processing of claim. 15. Responsible for employee engagement activities by organizing events for the company To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Job Qualifications & Requirements: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position Basic computer skill: Microsoft Office Required Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia Honest, responsible, hardworking and self-disciplined.
