Execute / manage all phases of recruitment activities, manpower planning & establish advertisement standard. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, employment marketing, recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. Interview and selection of all staff Process monthly payroll timely and accurately. Handle the full spectrum of HR administration and process. Responsible in monthly EPF and SOCSO, ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements Prepare and distribute payslips to all employees and reconcile the errors in payouts. Ensure that the employee record well updated, regardless of new hire or existing employees. Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits. Ensure strict compliance to Company’s policies, procedure & practices. Attend to ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager or any officer nominated by the company. Maintain supply inventories such as employees uniform issuance. Handle new staff matters. Update of all necessary HR systems, policies and procedures to ensure all changes in local labour laws and regulations are reflected To perform any other task assign by superior or persons assigned from time to time. WORKING HOUR MON-FRI, SAT (ALTERNATE) 8.30AM-5.30PM
