WOOD PATTERN MAKER

• Responsible for conducting training for workers pertaining to product specification process know-how, company’s rules and regulations, policies and all other relevant matters. • Responsible for ensuring that the product produce are in accordance to the quality standard set done by QC and new wood pattern dimension check • Responsible for looking into any problem that may arise during production processes and come up with a solution to solve the same so as to ensure the smooth operation of the production processes. • Responsible for ensure that the factory areas are clean and tidy at all time • Responsible for supervising the machine operators in carrying out maintenance on the machines to ensure that the same are in good condition at all times. • Responsible for ensuring that the workers follow given work instruction as well as the procedures laid down in the performance of their work.
