Field Supervisor -Base at Estate Sukau, Kinabatangan

1. Field Supervisor (Base at Estate – Sukau, Kinabatangan) Responsibilities: • To supervise, organize of the daily harvesting and field operations. • To update check roll and costing on daily basis. • To assist Manager and Assistant Manager in field maintenance, nursery management, crop production and etc. • To coordinate daily workflows and monitor workers activities. • To ensure a good agricultural practice and compliance with the company’s, authorization regulations. • To follow the policies and procedure of company. • To assist in any task as and when required by The Management. Requirements: • STPM or Diploma which ever equivalent. • At least 5 years relevant working experience in plantation industry. • Strong technical and analytical, problem-solving skills. • Proficient in basic written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
