1. Ensure compliance of the existing, new or amended laws; rules and regulations, SOP, policies and procedures of the Company. 2. Meeting given KPIs that align with the department's strategy, which in turn is align with the overall strategy of the Group. 3. Answer telephone calls, ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation and filing. 4. Assist and provide administrative support to higher Management 5. Responsible for inventory management of uniform, stationary, office equipment, etc. 6. Ensure all equipment/facilities are in good condition by liaising with relevant personnel. 7. Assist in arranging internal and external events. 8. Responsible for maintaining the booking record of Meeting Room, Online Meeting, etc. 9. Perform monthly check on foreign workers’ hostels with relevant HR personnel. 10. Participate in the training program arranged by the Company in order to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required for work performance improvement purposes. 11. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
