Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative, creative, and proactive strategies to attract high quality candidates and effectively build and engage with talent communities through social media outlets

2. Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and establish best practices in recruitment process

3. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies, develop written job description and requirements

4. Identify recruitment channels and source potential candidates through the channels

5. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews

6. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details

7. Follow up with candidates and hiring manager to obtain feedback on both the recruiting process and candidate job fit

8. Manage offer process and conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates

9. Support and execute employer branding initiatives

10. Organize and participate in career events and recruitment events

11. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

12. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates and create a “Talent Bank/ Talent Pool” database in storing the profiles of potential candidates for future positions

13. Liaise with recruitment agencies on hiring, renewal, repatriation of foreign workers

14. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.

15. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations and morale.

16. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

17. Handle conflicts and disputes in the workplace, mediating between parties to achieve resolution.

18. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Degree preferably in Human Resource Management

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and learning & development

3. Experience in aviation industry will be an added advantage

4. Independent and able to operate with minimal supervision

5. Ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills, and detail oriented

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
