• Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring, payroll, compensation & benefit and employee relation. • Assist Management in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and orientation to new employee on board procedures. • To prepare, administer and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees’ job confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal & foreign worker permit renewal. • To handle for application and approval of foreigner workers quota and permit with JIM/KDN/KSM/JTK/ESD and other relevant departments. • Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and liaising with government bodies (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, ETC) on all statutory requirements whilst maintain all data private & confidential. • Update and maintain employees’ profile, attendance, leave, medical and training records. • Provide HR relevant reports as and when required. • To ensure smooth and efficient day to day HR operations. • Preparation of HR related letters and correspondences and liaise with the relevant authority/government department if necessary. • Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action. • Responsible for the employee claims and insurance handling. • Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works of office facilities and up keeping of office equipment, office supplies and asset management. • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time. Requirements:- • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Required skill: Good knowledge and experience in local Malaysia Labour Law (EA 1965), Industrial Law (1967). • Must possess knowledge of Malaysia Statutory requirement e.g EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax & HRDF etc. • Have positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Matured with good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Possess good interpersonal, comprehension skills and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. • Must be good in discipline, time management and self-motivated.
