M&E Coodinator

To handle all aspect of assigned project scope and incorporating as much of existing work scope as applicable on consultant issued Architectural, C&S, M&E, Infra and External “For Construction” drawings. To understand the system and its interfacing among various trade and services. Any queries and clarification related to design discrepancies anomalies will be raised via Request for Information (RFI) or any other appropriate written instruction to the consultant and contractor should there be any encroachment and irregularities among the trade and services. To assist Project Manager to monitor actual site progress against pre-plan master schedule and also the quality and conformance of the site works against project technical specifications as per the contractual requirements. To identify possible delay especially M&E related works and devices catch up mechanism with respective contractors. Working location: Lawas, Sarawak.
