Application Manager

1. Able to lead and mentor a team of Senior Service Support Engineer and Svc Support Engineer 2. Directs and coordinates work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs. 3. Manage, coordinate and liaise with customers and vendors to understand business, application and system requirements 4. Analyses user requirements, procedures, and problems 5. Participates in User Requirements Study and Gap Analysis and prepare Functional Specifications 6. Prepare development documentation (Functional, Program, User Specifications) 7. Develop and implement architectural design and system standards 8. Analyse changes and impact on existing applications 9. Evaluates operational systems and recommends improvements 10. Makes formal presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and in oral presentation 11. Reviews computer system capabilities and performance 12. Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems 13. Prepares use cases or workflow charts and diagrams 14. Prepare test scenarios and test scripts according to user requirements 15. Conducts studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs 16. Plans and prepares technical reports and documentation. 17. Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Company’s standards 18.
