Work closely with the live selling team to improve customer engagement strategies and increase sales conversion rates. Handle customer inquiries and issues related to orders, providing exceptional customer service that enhances the shopping experience. Able to independently and quickly solve problems Requirements: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a live online environment. Familiarity with FB, Instag, Tiktok and other social media platforms as selling channels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Must be able to read and write in Mandarin due to Mandarin work software.
