1. Responsible to assist related matters to contract workers which is include interview, dealing with the manpower supplier, documentation and permit, induction training and manpower movement. 2. Responsible to maintain facilities in premise at good condition. 3. Liaise with manpower contractor related to contract agreement, workers deployment and workers disciplinary matter. 4. To assist HR Manager in handling recruitment contract workers, training, manpower planning and disciplinary matter including investigation of misconduct and conducting of domestic inquiry. 5. To assist in handling foreign workers welfare such as arrangement of transport to work, to clinic and to airport and workers disciplinary matters especially happened in hostel. 6. Monitor utilities bill for hostel such as water bill, electricity bill and sewage bill are timely paid. 7. To do workers arrangement for FOMEMA, collection of passport at Embassy and banking matters. 8. To assist in preparing document for renewal work permit and FOMEMA, passport renewal, immigration documentation and labor office report. 9. To monitor daily attendance of foreign workers and report to agent to update workers performance. 10. Monitoring of employee facilities such as Changing Room, Locker, Toilet and Canteen at good condition and well maintain. 11. To supervise the services of water cooler from external supplier and attend to complaints regarding water cooler services.
