Business Development Executive

The job scope of a Business Development role, typically involves a combination of strategic planning, relationship management, and technical understanding to drive growth and develop new business opportunities. Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities: • Market Research and Analysis - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategies for business expansion. Understand customer needs and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions. • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management - Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in target markets. • Sales Strategy Development - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. • Project Management and Coordination - Oversee project progress and ensure client requirements and timelines are met. • Technical Knowledge and Application - Understand technical aspects of engineering services and effectively communicate these to clients. • Reporting and Documentation - Maintain documentation of client communications, proposals, and project agreements. • Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure all business development activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical). • Required language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin will have an added advantage • Knowledgeable in Oil and Gas Plant and Chemical Plant / Building Electrical / Mechanical Installation.
