· Ensure the F&B outlets has adequate manpower for daily operations according to roster planning and manpower deployment · Training, scheduling and managing outlet staff to ensure excellent service is provided to customers · Establishes effective and positive communication amongst all team members to create a positive working environment · Conducting daily inspections of the Food Court area including Food Stalls, back lane corridors and pot wash area to ensure hygiene and sanitation are maintained accordance to health and food safety standards and regulations and record in Stall Cleanliness Checklist · Ensure cleaned serving tray, cutleries, cups, plates and bowls are constantly replenish to all stalls · Inspects food and beverage quality to ensure compliance to standards and sanitation regulations · Maintains effective presence in the outlet, checking guest satisfaction and resolving food and beverage quality and service complaints · Keep stock levels with First In-First-Out practice to avoid consuming expiring goods · Monitor and verified stock take frequently · Ensure stock are always available and replenish when it reaches minimum level · Control and safeguards equipment and small wares · Ensure all cash handling procedures are upheld i.e. Daily Sales Turnover Collection, Utilities Collection, or any outstanding payment from all operators · Daily reporting on Sales with Drink Stall Shift Report and Food Court Daily Collection Report in Whatsapp Group during closing · On time reporting of Daily Shift Report, Stall Cleanliness Checklist, Food Court Cleanliness to F&B Manager every end of the day · Assist F&B Manager in events/campaigns for the assigned F&B outlets from time to time · Recording of daily utilities meter reading and cleanliness of tenants’ outlets · Monitoring outlet pest control reports and situations in the outlet · Maintain positive merchant relationships which include assist in oversees the tenants’ queries, requests, comments and complaints with a view to resolve issues for service improvement and take appropriate actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) · Attend Weekly Meetings for food court and related discussions · Undertake any other task and duties assigned by F&B Manager and Centre Manager · Any other duties required to be performed under the Management’s discretion.
