Supervisor - Crushing

Job Description 1. Plan the quantity of raw product to be sent to the crushing area; 2. Ensure that the workers are not missing from work after clock-in; 3. Ensure the sizing of the crushed product is within the acceptance tolerance; 4. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission to management; 5. Assign workers into groups (4-5 pax) and ensure every group achieves their daily production target; 6. Supervise day-to-day final product crushing operations including crushing, sieving, bagging, weighing, marking and labeling activities to meet production requirements; 7. Ensure workers' welfare is taken care of; 8. Resolve workers’ issues and disputes independently; 9.Ensure workers carry out their work in a safe manner and under prescribed safe work methods; 10. Ensure workers comply with company rules and regulations at all times; 11. Any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned by your superiors from time to time. Job Requirements 1) Minimum Diploma in relevant fields 2) At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity or roles in the manufactory industry 3) Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role 4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills 5) Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges 6) Ability to motivate and inspire team members
