Project Management: 1. Plan and manage the implementation of integrated 5S, Safety, and Health programs. 2. Develop detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones and objectives are met on schedule. 3.Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across all departments on 5S & Safety activities. 5S & Safety Audits and Inspections: 1. Organize and lead regular 5S and safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. 2. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented based on audit results. Training and Awareness: 1. Coordinate training sessions for employees on 5S, safety, and health practices. 2. Drive awareness campaigns to promote 5S and safety culture within the organization. Risk Management: 1. Identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace, coordinating efforts to mitigate them. 2. Oversee incident investigations and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence. Continuous Improvement: 1. Promote continuous improvement by driving regular review meetings on 5S & safety performance. 2. Collaborate with department heads to implement best practices and enhance the program’s effectiveness. Compliance & Reporting: 1. Ensure compliance with applicable safety and health regulations and standards (ISO, OSHA). 2. Maintain accurate records of 5S, safety, and health performance, including audits, inspections, and incidents. 3. Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
