Qualifications & experience • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Admin, Management, Economics or equivalent. • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable in Autocount will be added advantages. • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate can proficient in Mandarin is added advantages. • 1-2 years of working experience in Purchasing, Inventory. Experience working in the paper converting company will be added advantages. • Good Interpersonal skill. Tasks & responsibilities • Responsible for the ordering of materials and follow up on orders to ensure that materials are delivered on agreed delivery date. • Liaise with approved supplier as and when necessary, to check product specifications, stock availability, pricing, delivery, etc. Processing of Purchasing Orders to approved suppliers. • Update Daily PR summary, and other relevant reporting/recording. • Attend to any complaints on the supplier's delivery, quantity and services. • Input and update stock information and pricing in system. • Liaise closely with Production Planning Department and Warehousing Department.
