Responsibility 1. Manages customer account matters as the initial point of contact. 2. Maintaining & developing the accounts by reaching out to clients. 3. Build & maintain a solid customer relationship to increase lifetime customer value. 4. Identifies opportunity & addresses customer problems in an accurate manner. 5. Ensures timely & successful delivery of our solutions to customer needs & objectives. 6. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Product Development departments) to improve overall customer experience. 7. Ability to meet sales target consistently based on the team target. Requirement 1. Exceptional proficiency in Business English communication, showcasing a natural flair for effective interaction. 2. Essential skillset includes solution-based selling, persuasive communication, adept negotiation, deep customer understanding, market research acumen, strong leadership capabilities, effective time management, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit. 3. Possession of a degree or diploma in Business-related studies, underpinning a solid foundation in the field. 4. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive environment, showcasing remarkable adaptability.
