Telemarketing Executive

Mantissa College is dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to our students and their families. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our student enrollment and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to Customer Enquiries: Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries via social media platforms promptly and professionally.
• Provide Accurate Information: Deliver accurate and comprehensive information to address customer queries and concerns.
• Maintain CRM System: Update and manage customer information in Mantissa’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data integrity.
• Promote College Visits: Actively promote Mantissa College and encourage potential customers to visit our campus for tours and consultations.
• Follow-Up with Potential Customers: Ensure diligent and timely follow-up with prospective students and parents to facilitate sales conversions.
• Seek New Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must posses at least SPM, Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related sales position
• Able to work independently, resourcefully and has good interpersonal skill
• Excellent communication skill in English (Written and Spoken)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
