Maintenance cum Driver (LMO)

1. You shall be reporting to the Executives for all duties assigned to you. In the absence of Executives, you are to report to the Head of LMO. 2. Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. 3. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. 4. Perform multitask work repair and troubleshoot for any work related to LMO department and all subsidiaries company of UCSI Group. 5. To do preventive maintenance for M&E, ACMV and carpentry work. 6. Perform daily routine inspection. 7. To do project assigned to LMO department. 8. Support preventive maintenance team, project, function management or event, logistic or transport / vehicle team. 9. Drive assigned office vehicle to transport people/ goods/ document to their destination. 10. Make sure the vehicle is in good condition. 11. Petrol claim must be supported with original receipts and submitted to Admin for acknowledgement. 12. Perform both preventive and maintenance on assigned vehicle including inspection for PUSPAKOM/ Schedule servicing. 13. Any damage or breakdown to the vehicle needs to be reported to the Executives or Head of the Logistic Management Office (LMO). 14. To record daily vehicle inspection and mileage in the logbook. 15. To perform all other duties assigned to you by your superior from time to time.
