Project Manager (Construction) - BASED IN SABAH

Plan, manage, and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements. Monitor project progress and ensure it adheres to the schedule, scope, and budget. Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders through regular reports. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution. Supervise and provide guidance to the project team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Handle contract management, including negotiations, variations, and claims. Ensure that all project documentation, including plans, permits, and reports, are complete and up-to-date.
