MATERIAL PLANNING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities •Review and determine of material planned orders for purchase at right quantity, time and cost. •Analyse sales demand changes (sales forecast, sales order, ECN/PCN) that affect material supply to trigger Purchasing on necessary rescheduling purchase. orders. •Plan and follow up material delivery schedule expedite and arrival to ensure continual supply of material to meet production requirements. •Plan and follow up material delivery push-out and cancellation for demand decreased or zero with customer liability on EOL materials so to keep optimal inventory level. *Periodical review of long lead time material to maintain adequate level of safety stock for continuous supply of material to meet production requirements. •To responsible for material planning of coordination middle person between Purchasing and Planning on supply assurance for smooth Planning production builds to meet customer requirements. Requirements •Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Degree in Business Administration or any course related Supply Chain Management, Demand/Production Planning replenishment. •3 years working experience in the related field and manufacturing industry. •Knowledge of forecasting method, inventory control, supplies chain operation. •High proficient MS Excel, other database software and MRP/SAP/Epicor knowledge. •Able to speak and write in Mandarin Language will be added advantage. •High analytical skills, spirit working and cross-functional group ability.
