Ensure that Physical Refining Plant and Dry Fractionation Plant are running with minimal down time and effectively. To promptly inform higher level refinery personnel when facing problem/issues in plant operations and perform immediate procedures if product quality is affected by the problems occurred. To follow up on the carry out preventive maintenance works in a timely manner as planned (i.e. Replacement of filters, washing of filter leaves, check steam leakage). To follow up on the cleaning is carried out based on cleaning schedule and plant cleanliness checking is done every day. Be alert for abnormal signs during operations, such as noise, vibration and smell. To level the spent bleaching earth in the spent bleaching earth bins when the level is too high. Ensure that Physical Refining Plant and Dry Fractionation Plant cleanliness are maintained (housekeeping). Ensure that products produced meet product specifications as determined by refinery management. Ensure that losses are kept to a minimum.
